It is possible to arrange a ‘cut–the–cake” celebration for a birthday on the Puppet Barge and this can be done in one of two ways:
Tickets can be bought for guests (the number of guests is up to you) to attend the show running on the day of a scheduled public performance.
(It is good to book a day well in advance as this is a popular slot).
Following the performance your guests will have been invited to stay behind for the ceremony and celebration, this takes place after the rest of the audience have vacated the barge and you have sole use of the facilities.
The cost of the space excluding the price of the theatre tickets is £60 for approximately an hour. It is essential that you discuss with us any plans you may be considering so we can give you a full explanation of what is on offer.
The second way of arranging a celebration is to book a private performance on a date and at a time that is mutually convenient. The barge theatre can accommodate up to 55 persons and you can have a celebration tea or lunch after the show. Again please telephone for details. The cost for this is £400 with no vat payable.
