Armed with nothing but an apple, ventriloquist David Salter conjures up an hour of whimsical theatre full of heart and bite.
If Judi Dench and Barry Humphries had a baby...raised by Norman Bates...on a diet of champagne....it would be Dame Granny Smith, the Australian showbiz
veteran and literal apple, fresh (mostly) from sell-out seasons at the 2025 Adelaide & Edinburgh Fringe.
Expect musical interludes, audience participation, and laugh-out-loud hysterics as audiences catch themselves falling in love with an old piece of fruit which might otherwise be rotting at the bottom of a school bag.
