The Embers Collective & Something Sleeps on The Puppet Barge

The Embers Collective and Something Sleeps are climbing aboard The Puppet Barge for a
magical evening of stories, songs and poems.
The Embers Collective have spent years creating shows combining storytelling and live
music that’s taken them to festivals and theatres across the UK and abroad. They’ve hosted
their own radio show, produced a monthly podcast and been commissioned to create work
for the London Literature Festival, The Southbank Centre, History Hit TV, The National Trust
and Wilderness.

Something Sleeps blend exquisite vocal-harmonies with soaring strings to create a
dream-like experience combining classic and original songs that’s seen them explode onto
the UK Folk scene. Their debut album was released by Cuculi Records and was played
across BBC Radio and saw them touring the UK Festivals, playing iconic venues such as
The Green Note (London) and Band On The Wall (Manchester) as well as supporting Martin
& Eliza Carthy. Their second album is set to be released in 2027.
